My car broke down an hour and a half away from home and my friend and I were stranded for hours while AAA found a company that would take both of us. Our call was denied by several other tow companies but James took our call and he was awesome! He took great care of my car and was good company to have on the long drive back after a long day. James thank you so so so much you really helped us out!!

Outstanding Service and Genuine Kindness! I had an unexpected breakdown this afternoon and was lucky that Westville AutoCare was within walking distance. I went in and spoke with Mike, explained where my car was stranded, and he immediately drove the tow truck over to help. Within minutes, I was able to get my car to their shop. Mike carefully and thoroughly checked everything to diagnose the issue, explaining clearly what had happened. Thanks to his efficiency and expertise, I was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. He even advised me on what to tell my dealer and encouraged me to reach out if I had any further issues. I truly appreciate Mike’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend Westville AutoCare!

Last night , Friday,, I needed a tow for my 2014 F150, called AAA and requested a tow. I will say that my dealings and experience with the actual AAA call center staff was absolutely terrible. However, the service and attitude from your driver James was absolutely GREAT! James was incredibly friendly, personable, and very helpful, in the situation at hand. Within a few minutes he was able, simply through his demeanor, to get me to forget the 4+ hours of bs I just went through with AAA, and throughout the tow ride to my home we engaged in good conversation and he safely and professionally got me home. James, is representative of how every tow industry employee should carry themselves. He hit all the marks, professionalism, personable, friendly, helpful, respectful, and informative, hit them right on the head. Without a doubt I will recommend your company to family and friends if they are ever in need and I will be sure to use your services in any future vehicle issues. You have a great employee in James, he is a true asset to the positive growth of your company. He deserves the best your company can provide for him. I can't say enough good things about this shop. My husband's car unfortunately died and had to be towed to a different dealership. I reached out to AAA and this was the company I matched with. Timmy called me to get the needed information and was so polite. They made the process simple. Matthew was the driver that picked up my husband's car. He showed so much care and I knew we were in good hands. Matthew kept me updated the whole time and let me know when he dropped my husband's car at the dealership. This company made this difficult issue not seem so bad because of the amount of care and concern they showed. I couldn't be any happier with the service they provided and the kindness they showed. Thank you so much Timmy and Matthew you were both amazing and I can't say thank you enough for how much you helped my husband and I in this situation. Thank you!
